How fast is activation?+

Most subscriptions are live within 15 minutes after payment confirmation.

Which devices are supported?+

MAG, Smart TV (Samsung/LG), Android Box, Firestick, iOS, Android, PC/Mac, and more.

What is a MAC address and where do I find it?+

It's a unique device ID (e.g. 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX). On MAG devices: Settings → System → Information.

Can I try before I buy?+

Yes — we offer a 24-hour trial. Use the Trial plan on the Subscribe page.

What if my stream is buffering?+

Check your internet speed (15+ Mbps recommended), restart your device, then open a Support ticket if it persists.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds are handled case-by-case within 24h of purchase if activation hasn't been used. Open a refund ticket.

Do you offer 4K and HDR?+

Yes — every paid plan includes 4K and HDR channels where available.

How do I renew?+

Submit a renewal on the Subscribe page and check 'Existing customer'. Or open a renewal ticket.
